ProGrin Dental of Riverside

I have been to many different dentists over the past 60 years, but ProGrin of Riverside has outshined them all. Their staff is always courteous and helpful. My appointments are always on time, and whenever I've had to reschedule, they accommodated without hesitation. I couldn't be more pleased with all the excellent care I've received.

If I could give this place 100 stars, I would! It was very easy for me to get a same day appointment for a dental emergency. Every staff member that I encountered was nice and courteous. I felt personally catered to. Not to mention they did a great job putting me at ease while performing two tooth extractions. It was painless. So glad I found this place and will definitely make this my new dental home.

I've always hated going to the dentist because of my past experiences with dental offices. However, this office completely changed my perspective. They exemplify kindness and expertise—I’ve never met a more compassionate staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The team took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way.

The dental staff were very kind and knowledgeable. They paid attention to my dental issues and concerns and treated me with care and provided great detail. I entered with dental pain and aggravation and left with relief and a needed energy boost as I was very pleased with the results. Thank you for caring and being amazing! My next cleaning appointment is in December, they have a client in me for life!

I am someone who dreads going to the dentist. I just had my new patient visit, cleaning, and exam and I have to say it was the best dental experience of my life. Everyone was so friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to ensure my comfort and care was their number one priority. Brittany gave me a phenomenal cleaning and took her time explaining everything and discussing my specific needs, as did my dentist. What a great team! They go above and beyond and I recommended them to my daughter and son in law.

First time patient...experience was fantastic! From meeting the office manager, to my hygienist to the Dentist. They really do a great job and make you feel special. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit and the team made me feel so welcome. There was a sign in the lobby welcoming me, and they gave me a gift when I left. I have never had this experience before. My cleaning was a piece of cake. Loved the amenity menu.

Have had a great experience with everyone at ProGrin Dental Riverside. From cleaning to filling, a crown and a bite guard they have been awesome. I’ve since moved to Boiling Springs but continue to utilize this office due to their caring and professionalism.

The doctor and staff are awesome here! I love Dr. Bagwell and my kids do too! I recommend this practice to everyone! The office is so cozy. I love the cafe. I can sip on coffee and take a cookie to snack on after my appointment.
