I’ve been a patient here for many years now, and I can confidently say I’ve never had a single negative experience with anyone at ProGrin Dental. The entire team is consistent in being professional, friendly, and caring to every person who comes through the door or gives them a call. They always make my visits stress-free and comfortable, and ever since i started going to them, I no longer have the dread of “going to the dentist” haha. It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent care to patients. I truly appreciate the level of service they provide and I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dependable and welcoming dental practice. You won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend ProGrin of Greenville. The staff were friendly and made sure I was comfortable. If you’re nervous, they have a selection of items that will help ie: neck pillow, noise canceling headphones, etc. The experience with them was excellent and I’ll be going to them for all of my dental needs.

I highly recommend Dr. Jackson and the whole team at ProGrin! Their service is top-notch — professional, caring, and patient-centered. Recently, our two teens had their wisdom teeth removed. Our main concern was how to manage our son’s blood sugar while he was sedated (he has Type 1 diabetes). But Dr. Jackson helped us create a game plan to treat any highs and lows during the procedure. He also called later that evening to see how our children were recovering and to answer any questions we had. It was such a relief to have a dentist go above and beyond to ensure our children were taken care of.

I had a great experience with ProGrin Dental & Cosmetics. They were able to take me in last minute, which I really appreciated, and from the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming and professional. The dentist and staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and calm — exactly what you want when you’re going through a procedure. I had four teeth removed, and everything was handled smoothly and with great care. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Greenville area looking for a trustworthy and skilled dental team.

My 92 yr old mom has been going to Dr Ayer’s for a long time. She absolutely loves him . He is very personable, kind and takes good care of her. Today, my mom saw Dr Jackson. He was very kind, knowledgeable and handled her with care. I was impressed at his patience and how he explained everything well. Joann , our Dental Assistant, was fantastic. She took her time with mom and put her at ease. I had my baby yorkie with me and she even accommodated her as well. Dr Ayer’s cane in and gave mom a hug and chatted with us for a bit . Great people !

I love ProGrin Dental, I’ve been going here for years! Dr. Ayers is so fun and friendly, he really cares about his patients. Dr. Abellana did a phenomenal job with my nephew at his first dental visit, and talked to him about the importance of brushing and flossing while also discussing his favorite sport. Dr. Jackson is super smart and kind and always takes the time to answer whatever question I have. Kennedy the dental hygienist is such a sweetheart and always makes me feel relaxed in my chair with her easygoing conversational nature. I had the pleasure of meeting Valeria the dental assistant the other day, and she was very gentle and sweet! The front office staff are great as well! Overall my experience with everyone at ProGrin has been wonderful, and if you’re looking for a new dental office I’d highly recommend them!

I just had 2 wisdom teeth removed today by Dr. Jackson. From the staff at the front, to the consultation, and procedure, this office has been fantastic to work with! I was put under light IV sedation and did not even know that the needle was placed in my arm. I highly recommend this office, Dr. Jackson, and his team!

Great office they got me in quickly and out, though I did have an infection when I called them the next day complaining, he told me to come back so he could check me out free of charge and called in a steroid and antibiotics that helped me immensely I’m very grateful for Dr. Jackson and the Progrin Greenville team for their speedy assistance. My mom is also looking into moving over to Progrin As well now after coming in with me and seeing the lovely establishment and how well I was taken care of during my visit!

Caring, friendly staff. Really cares about comfort and is very well experienced. The service and procedure went very well. I’m so glad I chose this dentist to take care of my dental needs.They did a great job!
