How this month's bonus is earned
$0
The bonus, explained
No ceiling. Paid monthly. Simple math.
Step 1We set your threshold
Your threshold is 3× your base pay for the month. At 144 hours: $45 × 144 × 3 = $19,440.
Step 2You produce above it
Everything you produce past the threshold counts toward your bonus. At $30,000: $30,000 − $19,440 = $10,560.
Step 3You keep 15% of that
Paid on top of your hourly wage that month. $10,560 × 15% = $1,584, which lifts $45/hr to $56/hr.

Estimates for illustration only. Calculations assume a $45/hr base rate, annual hours equal to your monthly hours × 12, 40 hours of paid holidays, PTO earned at 0.084125 hours per hour worked (the years 1–2 rate), and the benefit values shown in the breakdown. The monthly bonus is annualized by assuming the same production every month. Actual pay depends on hours worked, adjusted production, benefit elections, and the terms of your offer letter.
